I am a fourth-year doctoral student studying clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My previous clinical experiences have been within hospital and school settings, and I am continuing to grow and expand my training experience at CCA. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, appreciating music and film from all eras, and travelling when able.
I work well individuals, both adults and older adolescents, seeking personal growth and change.
My clinical interests include working with individuals who are encountering difficulties with relationships, depression, anxiety, self-worth, loss, and making meaning in their lives. I am further interested in working with men’s issues, dream interpretation, individuals experiencing passive suicidal ideation, and spirituality with clients.
What I’m like as a therapist:
I believe therapy should be a non-judgmental space where individuals can feel heard, supported, and understood. I approach therapy through a relational and Jungian lens that values collaboration, warmth, and the individual’s lived experiences. Such experiences can often be distressing or seemingly unbearable, but through exploring them in a safe and supported space, one can better manage the accompanying struggles on the path to healing and transformation.
