In response to the City of Chicago’s Covid-19 protective orders, as well as an effort to maintain our services throughout this time, we shifted our provision of behavioral healthcare largely over to telehealth platforms (telephone or HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing services) at the onset of the pandemic.

Major health insurers embraced these circumstances and have covered virtual behavioral healthcare sessions throughout the pandemic. We encourage you to contact your insurer via the member services number on the back of your insurance card and verify their coverage of behavioral telehealthcare services.

New clients are welcome. At this point we are offering both virtual and in-person appointments – simply call us at 312-436-1657 and leave a message in our Intake voicemail box (Ext. 0), or you can submit an online consultation request here. Please note your availability and preference for in-person or virtual services and an intake specialist will reach out to you within 24hrs.

We will continue to monitor the social setting and update our website concerning the nature of services offered. We are currently maintaining a primarily telehealth position due to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s mask mandate in healthcare facilities.
