In response to the City of Chicago’s Covid-19 protective orders, as well as an effort to maintain our supportive services during this time, we have shifted our provision of behavioral healthcare entirely over to telehealth platforms (telephone or HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing services).
Major health insurers have embraced the current circumstances and are covering telehealth behavioral healthcare sessions during this pandemic. We encourage you to contact your insurer via the member services number on the back of your insurance card and verify their coverage of behavioral telehealthcare services.
New clients are welcome. We are continuing to offer intake sessions via telehealth platforms – simply call us at 312-436-1657 and leave a message in our Intake voicemail box (Ext. 0), or you can submit an online consultation request here. Please note your availability and an intake specialist will reach out to you within 24hrs.
We will continue to monitor the social setting on a weekly basis and update our website concerning a return date for in-person sessions. We are maintaining our telehealth position throughout November due to the City of Chicago’s indoor mask mandate.
